Ninja 3-in-1: Chicken Breasts with Cranberry Dressing


This is so easy and was so delicious I just had to share. I had 5 nice fat boneless/skinless chicken breasts thawed so I turned the Ninja to Stovetop High and added a little olive oil. Then I put the chicken in, topside down and let it saute until the chicken was getting nice and brown. Meanwhile I chopped up a good sized onion.

When the chicken was browned I removed it and added the onions, letting them saute for a few minutes. I then added a package of stuffing mix and a cup and a half of chicken broth and a cup of dried cranberries. I switched the dial to Oven at 300° for 20 minutes. I placed the chicken on top of the stuffing, sprinkled it with dried marjoram, covered and let it cook.

It turned out delicious. The stuffing was getting crusty on the bottom and the chicken was very tender. So that's my latest adventure in Ninja cooking.
