First Reviews for "The Crazy Old Lady Unleashed" - All 5-Stars

Publishing a new book is always exciting and nerve-wracking because you know reviews may follow and that can be scary. The Crazy Old Lady Unleashed has only been available for a little over a week but the first 3 reviews on Amazon are in and they are wonderful. I have to admit that I know one f the reviewers but the other two are totally unknown to me--and all the more appreciated for that. Thank you, ladies!!!

5.0 out of 5 stars The Crazy Old Lady Series June 23, 2013

This was the last of the series and just as captivating. Kathleen Valentine
has kept me enthralled so I had trouble sleeping; I would turn the light out
to sleep but not long after turn it back on the see what happens. I read all
three in this series from the first to this one and loved each one.
5.0 out of 5 stars Great series June 25, 2013

This is another great story In the series and each book picks up where
the last one leaves off. I enjoyed the story very much, as soon as I saw
it was out I had to have it and started reading right away. We are
introduced to several new characters who become 'special' to Viv.
We continue to watch her heal and grow as a person. I loved the storyline
for the book and once again am astounded at what we as humans
do to each other. This is a great series that's not to be missed.
Sadly this is suppose to be the last in the series, but I want to revisit
these people 5 years down the road to make sure they all have the
happiness they deserve. Isn't amazing how characters in books
become real to us and we end up caring about them?
5.0 out of 5 stars You won't be able to put this one down! June 24, 2013

I've been a fan of the Crazy Old Lady ever since I read the first book
in this series. I certainly was not disappointed by this third installment.
The story is thrilling, with plenty of twists and turns to keep you guessing,
and it moves at a quick pace to keep your interest level very high.
The cast of characters, as always in Ms. Valentine's stories, is very
interesting, very well developed, and very believable. Mattie and Viv
are strong, capable women who still manage to be, well, women. I
hope there is another in this series, as I'd love to learn more about
several of the peripheral characters. I'm sure you'll agree.
